Acceptable Use Policy

The rule everything follows

You may only check identifiers you have proven you control. Every control in the product enforces that one rule — it is what keeps your data, and everyone else’s, private.

What we do not allow

• No search by name, date of birth, phone number, or address.
• No “look up a person,” profiling, or identity enrichment.
• No checking an address you have not verified you control.
• No bulk data access, scraping, or automated harvesting.
• No reselling or redistributing breach data.
• No using results to harm, harass, impersonate, or investigate anyone else.
• No attempt to bypass verification, rate limits, or any security control.

Enforcement

Verification is enforced on our servers and cannot be bypassed, and every search and unlock is logged. Accounts that attempt misuse are suspended without refund, and we cooperate with valid legal process.
